The Justice Project’s team is managed by attorney and former insurance industry insider Jeffrey S. Trespel, who works to speed clients’ recovery of money owed them by insurance companies.

The Justice Project of New Mexico is prepared to take every case to trial. Most times, however, what our clients really need is an experienced advocate on their side to expedite their claim and get the other party to realize that delay and non-responsiveness is not an option.


Jeffrey S. Trespel earned his Bachelors of Science in Accounting in 1981 from the University of Buffalo (SUNY) and did post-graduate work in finance at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.


Gwen A. Myers received a Bachelor of Arts from Southwest Texas State University in Elementary Education, with a minor in mathematics. She has more than 30 years of claims adjusting experience with liability


Ramona Lovato holds an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. She graduated from Metropolitan College in Albuquerque with 3.2 GPA and was on the Dean’s List. She began her career as a paralegal/legal


Ashlee Sanchez is the legal claims assistant for the Justice Project of New Mexico. She has worked in the medical/legal field in the law since 2014. Her primary duties include Medicare.


Tina Ruscetti, the Justice Project’s legal claims representative, began her insurance career right out of high school. She has more than 30 years of experience in the industry, with 20-plus years adjusting
