Mona Lovato is the Justice Project’s paralegal. Her diverse workload includes drafting pleadings and discovery motions, deposition coordination, scheduling, client relations, and investigating and verifying case facts.
Clients find Mona pleasant to deal with – a pleasant change from the insurance people they’ve generally dealt with up to that point in their claim. She goes the extra mile for clients of The Justice Project to make their experience getting the compensation they deserve as pleasant and pain-free as possible.
Mona holds an Associates Degree in paralegal studies. While in school maintained a 3.2 GPA and made the Dean’s List. She began her career as a paralegal/legal assistant in criminal law, but she much prefers working with The Justice Project’s personal-injury clients.
Mona is married to her high school sweetheart and the couple has two handsome and talented sons.
